Service interruptions may occur under the following circumstances:
1. Bad Weather
1.1. Because of hazardous weather, we may decide not to provide service to certain areas. When this happens, we often times pick-up that area the following day.
2. Non-Payment.
2.1. If your account is 90 days past due, or more, you may observe a service interruption. This interruption will continue until we receive a full payment.
3. Vehicular Blockage
3.1. If there are vehicles of any kind blocking access to your dumpster, you will not have pick-up on that day. If you experience this problem, please call us at (218) 387-1668 and we will help resolve the issue.
