Service interruptions may occur under the following circumstances:
1. Bad Weather
1.1. Because of hazardous weather, we may decide not to provide service to certain areas. When this happens, we often times pick-up that area the following day.
2. Non-Payment.
2.1. If your account is 90 days past due, or more, you may observe a service interruption. This interruption will continue until we receive a full payment.
3. Improper Placement
3.1. If your can(s) are not on the street side by 9 AM on your area's service day, your can(s) may not be emptied. If you experience this problem, you are more than welcome to bring your garbage to our Grand Marais Transfer Station. See the "Transfer Station" pages for more information.
